Force a critical success or critical failure while in dialog checks.
- Permissions and credits
Adds a potion that grants the spell "Precognition". This spell can be used to force a critical success (nat 20) or critical failure (nat 1) in dialog checks.
The potion can be found in the tutorial chest as well as sold by certain traders.

Known Bugs:
- Spells say they give a +1 to the roll, while in reality they force a 20 or 1
- Sometimes when passing a skill check it is not a 20 (but you still succeed)
