NOTES not worthy a standalone mod probably, but I'll be damned if its not the slowest widget in the whole game.
CHANGE LOG 1.02 - fixed path to the file in archive, please reload. 1.04 - .pak returned. 1.05 - no changes from Patch #5, but used the opportunity to repak with multitool, to add meta in json file. 1.06 - forwarded changes from patch #6. 1.0.7 - updated for Patch 7. 1.1.0 - updated for patch 8.
mod doesn't change any vanilla logic, it only visually modifies split item widget (which has nothing to do to donate widget). if you have issues, they are on your side.
Thanks for all the work you've put into your mods!
This is a great mod, but mildly frustrating in that it intercepts every click-and-drag of a stack of items when dragging a whole stack. Is it possible to configure so the split items menu only pops up with a context menu split action instead of with every drag action?
Could add another feature to this, by making it sort by "+1 (Default), (Shift Modifier) +5, (Ctrl) +10, (Alt) +100" -- this way, you can quickly sort how much gold or other stackable item to give
For example, you go to this split, and by default it adds +1 when you click the arrow button to the split, but if you hold down the shift key, instead it adds +5 more to the split item...etc
As this widget is not only shown to split items but also when you sell a item stack to a trader, I have following suggestions. No idea if that's possible to mod. - Change the initial value from "half the stack" to "full stack". Normally I want to sell the whole item stack, not just half of it. - Allow to simply press Enter key to confirm - Alternatively add a "Sell full stack" button so you can sell it with one click (Maybe name it something like "Select max and confirm" so it doesn't display "sell" when you are just splitting a stack.) - When the widget opens, directly focus the text label so you can directly type in the amount you want to split/sell without having to click the text label.
Is it possible to extend the functionality of this mod to allow pressing a number key for that amount? If I want to split a stack out by 2 it would be a hell of a lot faster to press "2" than drag the bar.
Hi, just here to add, I used to install and use your mods way back already, when the game just came out. (Or if I good remember, even for the Early Access version(s) you already made some mods.) I just glad to see you EXPANDED A LOT what you made already before, plus even reworked the ones already we had back then! :))) Thanks for your mods, it's awesome! :)))
PS: I didn't play the game for approx. a year, and ofc. now I freshly install new mods or/and new versions of previously existed mods, and it's just so awesome to see how far already went the modding community here! :)
Would it be possible to add the split function to a hotkey? So if you want to split stuff quickly ou just hover over and press a button? or press a key and the split window opens?
