Hi! so I've had this mod awhile and am just realizing what it actually does. I originally thought there was a grow version and a shrink version. I have been trying to emulate Goliaths but there is no mods for them atm. Would it be possible to create a version of this ring that makes you either grow only, or grow in combat, or even remain large all the time? Thanks
Possible? Sure, but I won't. I have a sort of specialty when it comes to mods: chaos. I prefer mods that have some randomness, or cause chaos in the game. It increases replayability and, for some, the fun of it all.
The Ring of Bloodlust was kind of a one-off non-chaotic item.
Sorry it took so long to respond, I almost never check these mods. They're so simple and stable it's pretty impossible for them to break.
I think one of the best things about EQ was the sense of community since it was such a pain in the ass to move across zones and continents unless you were a high level druid/wizard (until POP at least). I just don't know if I have the time to spend 3 hours traveling across the world anymore though.
Is it possible to have an item that gives permanent enlarged/reduced status while it's being used? It would be really funny to play with a gnome with the size of a rat and a pointy red hat
You can enlarge people in the game, wouldnt it be cool if you had a character with tons of strength, you could enlarge their weapon to deal extra damage? Like if you could take a normal sword and turn it into a final fantasy huge sword with a spell?Or maybe a mod where you could stab the enemy with a sword or something THEN do the spell so the weapon enlarges while its in the body of the enemy, blowing the enemy to bits with gore?
That would be overpowered AF but maybe you could make it like 10-20% chance to be able to penetrate the body of the enemy. I dont know, just an idea.

I just turned off Hellish Rebuke and it worked for me right away, I got shrinkered. I am now a tiny child Tiefling. It's funny, actually.
Good mod btw
Also, thanks :D
