Unique tav is an option, works with patch 8 and 7! (I'm not so sure about patch 6)

Disclaimer: The make up on only a few options are not exactly symmetrical, I'm not entirely sure how to fix that or maybe I'm just stupid idk... but it's not that noticeable.
The earrings are okay for the most part, the only thing is that if you were to add industrial piercings on it, it might look a little off. Otherwise, everything should be fine! ♥
