A lot of basic items and trash items are not stacking in vanilla BG3. This mod allows these items to stack. Stack size is 100.

What's included:
  • base armors and clothes stacking (boots, hats, helmets, body armors, vanity clothes, etc.)
  • base weapons stacking (swords, daggers, torches, etc.)
  • base jewelry stacking (trash rings, necklaces)
  • pitchforks stacking (yes, they have separate stacking limit in default game)
  • incenses stacking
  • rags stacking
  • buckets stacking :-)
  • base loot: stack size increased from 20 to 100
  • musical instruments and music boxes stacking
  • highlighting of all above items (if you do not like highlighting by Alt press, then download 'Stackable Items with default highlighting' version)

Installation: use BG3 Mod Manager. I do not use Vortex, so no idea is that works (but why wouldn't it?).
Please keep this mod after any mods that alter RootTemplates, like 'Highlight (almost) All' as they will overwrite my changes. Better keep this mod last in load order.
To have stack amount displayed please install "ImprovedUI" + "ImprovedUI Assets" mods version 3.13.2+.

Disclaimer:
  • Sometimes stacking behaves weird - like stacking 3 of same item and 5 of this same item in another stack. This is because there could be dozens of unique IDs for visually same item, certainly different UIDs won't stack.
  • During shopping dialogue stacking happens after you close the store panel, so your inventory will have empty slots after multiple purchased
    items stacked
  • When you equip stacked item whole stack gets equipped, no problem with this, it does not influence your armor or damage in any way. Just split one
item, equip and be done with it. Additional items you pick up or purchase will not be added to equipped as stack, they will be in the inventory and stacking with additional items
  • Splitting equipped stack could result in split item automatically equipped in the wrong empty slot, like boots into ring slot, etc
  • Splitting equipped stack results in split items lost permanently, please unequip stack first then split it.
  • Since Patch #4 stack amount display is gone in default game, please read green text above.
