As for Yenna stuck at her pairing knife slightly overenthusiastic phrase, there is a way to set the flag manually so she can start selling soup. If you have Script Extender that is. I can add it here if it's allowed.
It can actually be triggered normally, but it requires specifically Lae'zel to be taken and it has to be the camp cutscene, not the sewer version, otherwise she'll never update.
Bit annoying for people who romance Lae'zel and thus she never gets taken, or people like me who make sure Halsin gets taken since he's got nothing to do in act 3 and is the most expendable
>Did Adopt her with Shadowheart. >Created an entire Tav Playthrough for Yenna and gave her siblings.
Can Confirm, lots of fun. My Soup Girl staarted out kinda stabby and ended up going Life Cleric, because the Charity and Hospitality domains are no longer a Thing. I like to imagine that she grew up and is now bossing around the Open Hand Temple kitchen, seving up Good Soup that heals more than just the Soul.

SetFlag("d30c5b6a-eada-4c8c-927d-a50de178ec29",Osi.DB_Avatars:Get(nil)[1][1])
Yenna will use the dialogue about how scary it was and then she'll start selling you soup.

Nice mod, it's cool that someone thought about this
