I'm wondering the same thing. Ironically, I would always want dual-wielding on for the purposes of the opportunity attacks. Maybe the mod can be updated so we always have it DW Off in our turn but On when it's not our turn (so opportunity attacks get the most damage)?
It does and will keep doing exactly what it says - turn off dual wielding. This isn't a mod to conveniently use the most optimal mode at all times - it's a mod to turn off the dual wielding toggle.
You're not supposed to get off-hand attacks on opportunity attacks. Compared to D&D, that's a bug in BG3. I have no intention of facilitating it. Somebody else can make that mod.

The mod manager however warns that my Script Extender version is older (23)... Although I have the latest.
Could that be a mod manager bug?
EDIT. I didn't have the latest hotfix installed (31). After I updated the game the Script Extender updated itself to the latest version.

Latest release version is 24, devel is 25 (stick to release.)
Anyway... I lowered the requirement to 22 in version 1.0.1. Looks like it should still work, but I haven't tested on that version.
