   Can you make a dual wield sneak attack? Vanilla sneak attack alway play one hand weapon animation even when dual wield.

      Took a look at it, it should work fine. I personally use a mod that removes the bonus action cost from dual wield attacks too, which I think is all that mod does.
      Frenzied Strike literally just casts the Main Hand Attack and Off Hand Attack actions. Anything that modifies those actions will also affect Frenzied Strike just fine.
