I know nothing of modding or how difficult it may be to do, but I'll add my wish to Zerostyle1337's. Would it be possible to change the spell's visual blade to something more ... tangible? I'm currently playing a Bladesinger, and the cool factor for the new attack and spell casting animations drops significantly when I can't actually see what it is that I'm wielding other than a nebulous cloud of ... sparkliness, I guess? Again, I've ZERO idea of how much effort goes into this sort of thing, but if you could pull off something like that, I know it'd make mine - and at least one other person here's day.

A version of this with the Bladesong effect displaying permanently (without having Bladesong active, of course) would be a lovely additional feature for those of us who'd like to run around the world with a cool glowing purple sword on our backs. If it's not possible, no worries, I still appreciate you and the effort you put into making this mod :)
basically, any summon weapon spell can use this exploit (only FlameBlade and ShadowBlade and SummonPactWeapon in the base game, but most modded weapon summon spell would also work) Have a hireling learn the spell, cast it, dismiss the hireling with wither, re-hire them. Now the summoned weapon become permanent and treated like regular item, you can give it to others, throw it, sell it etc.
Does this add item versions of the upcasted ones? Thats the only thing i need since if i tried transmogging the blade it reverts back to the 2d8. And the game itself already has the 2d8 as a permanent item already
The real permanent shadowblade item in game works that way, the main question I was asking if this mod gives you the 3d8 psychic and 4d8 psychic versions as items so the upcast wont be lost when transmogging.
alright then thank you. Are the blades in a container or something? I couldnt find them when i checked the tutorial chest or the shipping framework in my recent save
They are supposed to be in the tutorial chest. If they aren't it could be your load order that's the issue. That's been the case for me in the past. If you still can't find them, use the spawn codes

The blade you see in the pictures is with the effect that Bladesong gives. Without that active it looks like the one you get from the spell.
But I could potentially try to make a version that has the effect of bladesong active permanently, without actually activating bladesong. I'll look into it
