Ok, I'm ALL for this, Yamamoto is the only good thing about Bleach IMO. But I'd suggest 1) Making this a Legendary (Gold/Yellow) and adding some of his Bankai effects. Like maybe when it kills someone, it raises them as a scorching skeleton. Or after three turns of having an AOE burn around the wielder, the AOE dissapears and increases damage of the weapon itself.
And lastly, the weapon model, I wouldn't go with a Katana because that's kinda boring, but maybe a Daedric or Dragonbone weapon from Skyrim.
