I am aware of the texture bug that came with Patch 5 and I am working on a fix, no ETA on when I’ll have the fix ready but hopefully next week at the latest

Hi!! I wanted to reach out because I made compatibility patches for Wyll's Devil Form for my mods Wyll's Alternate Devil Eyes and Wyll's Face Textures Restored, but I really should have asked if that was alright beforehand—I'm really sorry I didn't!!! Both compatible versions have been archived for now, but, with your permission, would it be alright if I reuploaded them?

Hi! Does this make the devil head with the ears and teeth available in Character Creator? I like to edit him to give him freckles, add makeup, change his hair, etc using Appearance Edit Enhanced but that involves resculpting him to either a human or tiefling and using a head preset (I currently used Wyll as Tav). Just wondering if downloading this will make the head appear there as well or if its only a replacer? Either way, great work!
I am dumb. It replaces the devil head asset so Wyll as Tav works with it!
From what I've been told, if I didn't use old shaders, my mod would instead have to rely on Script Extender as a dependency, so using old shaders is easier for me tbh. And VTs are more relevant for console versions of the game anyways, though yes VTs are better from a technical standpoint. Either way, there'll be a dependency, and Mac users are screwed either way bc neither SE or Trips' Old Shaders work for Mac

I understand you're not making any further changes, I love this mod for Wyll's arc and lore so much! If you ever decided to come back and add any further patches or compatibility though, my vote is for the new Prince of Gate hair for Wyll by neonbutchery (https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/7537) I think these two mods would go amazingly together! It's absolutely ok if not though, thank you for all of the work you've already done<33
I don’t mind making any patches for hair but Prince of the Gate already works with my mod though. I think it even says in the description of that mod which load order to use
AH that is absolutely my fault I saw that after I tried to use both and it didn't work, but when I load that mod after this one it only changes the ears and he doesn't have a tail so I assumed they weren't compatible. There might be a confliction with another mod I use, I will do some digging to see if I can find a different problem. So sorry about that! Thank you!
nope, the tail shows when i don't have the hair mod so i figure the cosmetic conflicts somehow, but the facial changes are still there so i'm still using both for the time being. is your issue just in the body changes too?
Is it that his tail is missing i.e. there's a hole in the body mesh where the tail should be or has his body changed to the human body? Edit: just had a look on the other mod's posts and looks like others are having the same issue (I think the body is reverting to human) and there definitely needs to be made a patch for the hair. I'll contact the mod author about it asap

The tails of the original characters have some sort of texture of their own (Wyll, Karlach), and the modded in-game version "without the tail" has no effect on them.
You can't remove his tail without there being a hole in his back. You'd have to change his body to the human body. And if you want to keep the ridges from the tiefling body, it's even more extensive bc you'd have to transplant those features from the tiefling body to human body.
Hmm. I can change the body type through the console, I wonder if it's possible to change the race without everything breaking? :D
Although, I think it would be easier for me to find Wyll's face for the tiefling race and operate with the lack of tail there, because one modder made a texture for the tail-less tieflings and it looks fine
