Works great, and a one task install. I'm amazed someone devised this. It's been a long time since we were able to get these effects without complex package install. great job.
Hey, I've just grabbed this and, since I'm on Patch 8, I wanted to test to see if it would work for me. Good news is that it does, at least the standard .pak file version does, as it doesn't require anything, but I've noticed it doesn't seem to be working on Teiflings. Currently, it only seems to not be working for Male Tieflings, but I'm wondering if it's less of a Patch 8 thing, and more of an incompatibility thing.
I also use the Male Tiefling Texture Fix mod, which fixes a peculiar texture on Male Tieflings hips, presumably a missed detail that a dev forgot to remove from their models; I'm gonna just quickly test if this is the cause of the issue and get back to you on this, as it might be worth making the two compatible, if it's even possible to do so? I say 'might' as it's not a thing that gets noticed by many people, but once you do notice the off texture, it's surprising how annoying it actually is XD I believe it's on the left hip, if you're curious as to where it is.
Okay, can confirm it's the Tiefling Texture Fix Mod conflicting with this mod; disabling the former allows the mod to work perfectly with Male Tieflings. Again, not sure if it's worth looking into, but figured it's worth bringing up regardless in case there is a possible work around. Which also means the .pak version works flawlessly with Patch 8
Oh yeah don’t worry!! So the Tiefling Texture Fix mod is mine as well (lol) and actually the No Abs tiefling textures have that part fixed as well because i refused to leave it like that haha

Just continuing that, something I've just discovered is that there does seem to be some odd either lighting or texture issue I've discovered; not sure whether this is an issue with the mod on Patch 8 or just a general bug, but zooming out seems to black out any exposed skin. I'm going to assume it's a Patch 8 issue, as No Abs Wyll (Which I'm gonna assume is also your mod) works perfectly fine on Patch 8, as does No Abs Gale. It just seems to be the Player versions causing this weird texture. Idk if you've got access to the Stress Test, but I thought it'd be best to bring that up as an issue now so you're aware of it.
I can't say if it happens with Female body types, but Male 2 and Male 4 both have this happening to them for all Humanoid races. I haven't checked to see if it's an issue with male Gnomes or Githyanki, nor Half-Orcs, but given Half-Orcs use the Male 4 body type, I'm going to assume Half-Orcs are also affected.
But otherwise, the mod works fine; I'm not entirely sure what the game has against this mod in particular, given Wyll and Gale's versions work no issue, but I'll keep fiddling to see if I can find a solution in-game, as it's possible it's a conflict with another mod in my LO.
Edit: I have fixed it! I don't know exactly what I did, mind. I had Trips' Shader disabled before, so Trips' Shader might be a requirement for the .pak version. I did also disable the Basic Githyanki Retexture Mod, so it's possible it was conflicting with this mod.
Hello! Really loving this mod and I was really excited to try the pak version since it has no requirements (since trips doesn't work on Mac) but it seems like it doesn't work on Mac either? I tried it with a friend and they got a bug where no character models were showing at all (while everything was fine on my side).
omg thank you!!! been trying to get something like this for so long! if there would be any chance of less toned bodies for fem characters some day that would be so cool! =D
