Patch 8 Ready! Alternate vanilla backgrounds, with inspiration points.

WHAT THIS MOD DOES:
- Edits the vanilla backgrounds to alternate ones, that (in my opinion) are easier to roleplay against.
- Keeps the events/actions that give inspiration points from the vanilla backgrounds - only edits are the names, descriptions, and skills gained.
- Gain three skills from the backgrounds, instead of the vanilla two.

LOAD ORDER:
Definately, after any other mods that might edit backgrounds. Otherwise, I don't think it matters much.
COMPATABILITY:
Probably, doesn't play well with other mods that edits backgrounds in any way.

- D83's Arrow Trajectory
