Replaces the song "Song of Balduran" that plays in the Elfsong Tavern camp with "Smoldering Corpse Bar Alternative" from Planescape: Torment

Okay but what is this and why did I do it?
In act 3, there's a song that can play at the Elfsong Tavern camp that drives me absolutely insane. Song of Balduran is a beautiful song, but it feels like it's a meta-song about the game, and it's always really jarring for me. Replacing the song is a lot easier than removing it entirely.
I was also disappointed to see zero Mark Morgan tracks in this game. So I chose to replace it with one of my favorite tracks composed by him, the alternative Smoldering Corpse Bar song from Planescape: Torment.
