Hello! I am the original author of this mod!! Thanks for playing with my mods!!
This mod in Mod.io (the offical mods page in game) is not maintained by me. Before you reporting any issue, please make sure that you are using the Nexus version! Also, i am not a english-speaking player. So if you find the english description in game is not correct, feel free to report and tell me the correct description.
I found a bug in the FeatDescriptions.lsx file in line 112: "guid string should only contrain hexadecimal characters."
I found it by using the BG3 Modder's Multitool to check it. You can use that to change your very long version number too. I set mine to Major: 2, Minor: 2, Revision: 0, Build: 0 since I saw the last numbered version you had was 2.1.
Please explain "Power of Will: While you are concentrating, improve your damage of Psychic, Force or Radiant." to me. I am concentrating and when i attack with either a weapon or spell there is no extra damage caused. the in game description reads "while you are concentrating, deal an additional 1d4 force damage". This implies any damage you deal will do the extra force damage.
I think based on the different description here you mean "while you are concentrating, force damage you deal is increased by 1d4"
I make a test after you reporting the issue, but it works correctly. For example, i cast "Expeditious Retreat", so i am concentrating, then i cast “Eldritch Blast”, it does deal extra 1d4 force damage. Then i tested it again with a spell from mods which made your weapon attacks deal extra force damage, and the feat also worked with it.
Then, i find that in my game, the description should be "While you are concentrating, improve your Force damage by 1d4", that means you can only deal extra force damage while you are dealing force damage.
Did you download the mod from nexus? or from mod.io? The modio version is not maintained by me. Try this nexus version.
Thank you for checking and testing. The wording in your version seems fine. I downloaded the mod via the in game process, so there is nothing you can do to change it there.
Yes, that means you are using the mod.io version. You can unsubscribe that and use this instead, it wont break your files. I will also inform the uploader of the mod.io version to update the mod later
Would it okay to request a version where all of your new Feats give an Ability Score Increase (ASI) for every attribute? Other Feat mods feature such things and I think it'd be neat if this one did too.
the ASI is a way to maintain balance between feats. Also, it's overpowered to make all feats give ASI. So, i will probably not spend time on making that.
Not able to get First Aid to trigger off of healing from class actions like the Paladin's lay on hands. Works fine on stuff like cure wounds or healing word.
they have hard prerequisites. But if you think the vanilla feats are balanced (they are weak as hell, i dont even want to learn any of them ), then these feats are overpowered indeed.
Awesome! ...Or a feat that can let you change your Class's spellcasting Ability... (I have no idea how hard that is though). Would like to play a Dancer monk high Dex and Cha
"Cerebral Split: Your cantrips can be applied to one more target." This does not work properly for some reason, the effect went away for no reason.
I was using Gale to multiclass into 1lv death domain cleric for necro cantrip +1 target with this feat, this should result in Toll the Dead cantrip become an AoE spell that target two point. And it DID became AOE for like a brief moment until the feats effect just disappear.
Edit: I didn't realize Cerebral Split have a toggle passive function. But the effect will go away after you use it once so I have to re toggle the passive every use.
Glad to be of help! I did found another issue, but I guess it could be up to interpretation.
There's a feat called "Empty Offhand", where you would have an extra bonus action if you have an empty off hand
You do get the bonus action when you equip a weapon with the "Two-Handed" property. Is this intended, or do weapons with that property should be an exception? While you do technically have an empty off hand, you are actually using both hands in my interpretation.
Hello! Looks like it did fixed the issue now, so that's great! However, I found a specific scenario which I'm unsure if this is how you intended or not. If this is intended, then that's good to me!
The Empty offhand feat now does not grant a bonus action if you have a weapon with a "Two Handed" Property. It looks like Shortbows and longbows also have that "Two handed" property too. This means if you have either no melee weapons in hand, but you have either the Shortbow/Longbow (Due to that weapon type always having a Two handed property), you won't get the bonus action as well. You will need to equip a single hand crossbow in order for the feat to work
Just in case I ask: Is this how you prefer, or did you initially imagine considering only melee weapons?
It doesnt require you to have an empty offhand both in two weapon sets(melee or ranged). The bonus will be activated depending on your active weapon set. By the way, this feat is designed for the melee player specifically. But if you want to use bow with extra bonus action, you can equip the bow first, then equip a single hand melee weapon, then you can have the bonus action, then you switch to the ranged weapon( switch, not equip) , the bonus will not disappeare. That is a bug, but i dont fix it on purpose. It‘s up to the player to use it or not.

Your feats are very fun! Have a good day.

Invisible Killer: "You learn Spell Invisibility. When you are invisible..."
The text ends up there, making it very vague for the user to know what does it exactly do
Just in case, I'm reporting this on patch #8
