This adds the skins as new options in the game. You need to check the show all colors box in order to see them.
Loose version isn't compatible with other loose skin tone mods!!!

This is an optional .pak version that requires Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Fixer in order to work. Choose this OR the regular version.
For some reason, this version causes the colors to show up at the bottom of the menu, but they're still there.
