Make sure you have the latest version Script Extender installed and are on at least Patch 1 of the game. UPDATE TO AT LEAST VERSION 2.0 OF MOD! Every major bug should be resolved.
A lot of issues can be fixed by sending someone back to camp and reusing the summon spell. This will fix dialog issues if her conversation gets stuck for example.

What if Minthara is Already Recruited before Act II
So what happens if I used the ring in Act 1 to summon Minthara and then go to Moonrise in Act 2 and Minthara is alive? Are there 2 Minthara? Does it break the game? And how can I get rid of the Minthara I already have? I have a feeling that I have a made a big mistake with recruiting Minthara early. (I was hoping to get the Act 1 romance scene at the Tiefling party, but that did not happen, since I did not help her destroy the grove.)
Was experiencing a nasty little bug where Minthara would be at Moonrise for the trial, but would teleport away once I got close enough to initiate the conversation, leading to the Goblin trial conversation instead.
I had a sinking feeling that this was because of my mistake to have both versions of the Minthara recruitment mod in spite of the warnings. I tried half a dozen other fixes, from changing mod load orders, to reinstalling mods, as well as several attempts to uninstall the summoning ring mod, all to no avail. I spent a good few hours on all of this, but now it's late and I'm tired.
But before giving up for the night, I made a final Hail Mary attempt that seems to have worked (I only played until I confirmed that the correct conversation began, I.E. with Minthara not teleporting away). So for all I know, when I continue playing in the future, some other problem will occur.
But for anyone else suffering from the same problem, this is the basic concept of how I fixed it (You will need LSlib Toolkit and some advanced file editor, I use Sublime Text, but Notepad++ or something similar will work fine):
I used the LSlib Toolkit to extract the summoning ring mod (Probably best to make a backup of the mod beforehand just in case). Inside the folder I extracted the mod to, I went into: Mods > DaughterofLolth > ScriptExtender > Lua > BootstrapServer.lua
Inside that .lua file, I pretty much gutted everything save for the first two lines, so that all that was left was: Minthy = "S_GOB_DrowCommander_25721313-0c15-4935-8176-9f134385451b" _P("Mod Loaded: Daughter of Lolth - v2.2.0")
I saved the edit, then used the toolkit to repackage the mod, made sure it was renamed exactly the same, and then replaced it with the original mod. Opened up the game, loaded my save, and when I initiated the trial conversation, Minthara was still there and the right scene was playing out.
I apologize that this isn't an in-depth step by step tutorial. I'm not that knowledgeable about modding (if that wasn't already evident by me deciding to have both versions of a mod explicitly stated to not be compatible). This also means that the summoning ring mod is basically defunct as I gutted everything. I'm fairly confident that you could keep the summoning ring mostly functional by only removing the code relevant to Minthara being teleported away, but I wasn't fully sure which code that was, or how interconnected the mod's code is, so since I hadn't even used the summoning ring mod and wasn't planning on ever using it, I was fine with just turning the mod into basically a husk. Perhaps someone more informed about modding than me can use my testing as a foundation upon which to do this better. But after going through dozens of pages of comments on both mod pages, trying to find an answer to this problem that wasn't either "start new playthrough without both mods" or "suck it up for this one scene, and then use the mods to get her as a companion afterwards", I decided I would at least share what I found. Hopefully, this helps at least one person.

I went a bit further and only deleted the few files containing a "teleport"-command..that worked too. Thanks for sharing, that solved a really nasty problem!
I've been wondering how I got f*cked over so badly in Moonrise and none of the usual dialogue options played. If I'm reading you correctly you're saying this mod makes Minthara disappear during the first Moonrise cutscene with the gobbos, and then you get the horrible Kethric "kill him" line and Minthara is nowhere to be found (or is dead on the floor, in my case)?
Assuming that is correct and I'm doing an evil evil evil most evil run, I don't need to summon Minthara and can just delete this mod from my bad guy playlist, and all will be well. Boring tedious good guy runs need to use your methods to gut this mod though, or just kill everyone in the tower except Ketheric and summon Minthara afterwards.
i played up to moonrise and realized she wasnt in the interrogation room, so i screwed up the vanilla way.
anyways so then I downloaded this mod and ported to last light inn to summon her with the ring, but i cannot talk to her at all, it just shows text that says something like "not now" or "later" is it bugged?
i was thinking maybe I am going to have to use the other mod from this author, and load an autosave from before entering the elevator. then re-do all the cursed shadow lands stuff and get her in the towers.
In my experience, she will be at the trial in act 2, but then she disappears from the cutscene before she gets thrown in jail. She will still be available in camp if you resummon her, but the whole trial cutscene will be bugged
I need help. I killed her in Act 1 and now she wont summon. i have the ring and all the stuff with it but it will not let me summon her at all ive tried pretty much everything but going back and not killing her since its been a while since i did it.
Will this Mintara disappear if I disable this mod? What happens if I kill Mintara in act 1, will the game consider her dead or alive, will she appear in the epilogue? And what happens if I save Mintara in act 2, will I have 2 Mintars?

so if you summon her act1 and go to moonrise with her...what happens? Duplication?
Normally, her ring would spawn with you as soon as you start the game. It's not there or in tutorial chest.
I am going to be sad if I cannot have her in this playthrough.
