Hi, love the mod! Is there a chance you could do a version that keeps dragonbreath as it is normally but can be used once per turn? would appreciate a lot!

I think he means to make the breath attack not require any resources to cast, but still able to be used every turn. Similar to a weapon attack

The link to your core library in the 'Requirements' tab leads to a dead address.  The current address of the Core Library is now here.

What do you mean "now requires my core library"?

Do I need to download a separate mod? Because I don't see any of your mods named "core library".

Hi i love your mod and used it on many different save, together with Dragonborn and Dragonbreath Unleashed and Dragonborn - Stronger Breath Weapon but i feel like all of them need more range ... like at least double. I mean, i want to play an actual fire breather (humanoid). Do you think it's possible to change the range of the breath to let's say near 20 to 25 feet ?

Do you use all 3 of the mods together? What exactly does that do when factoring in all the interactions?

Hey there, i think so far this is the best attempt at changing the dragonborn breath to give it some more use. Is there any chance to get an icon for the dragonbreath charges?
    Cheers!

Any plans for a fizban's compatibility patch?

you mean a compatibility patch for C4L's mod? i could do that. but i'm out of town rn, so monday or tuesday.

update: now that i'm looking at it, C4L's mod is pretty extensive. it would probably be easier to ask him to make an add-on for whatever my mod does that his doesn't yet.

If you have the time, could you add a separate file for just the changes to the AoE size? I have different mods tweak the other stuff, which the rest of your changes would conflict with, I think.

the old version, which is still downloadable, only does that. but if your other mods affect the cooldown, they modify the same entries and will conflict.

Can it be added mid-save? I know some mods can, and others can't. Just wanted to be sure.

it will at the very least require a respec i think, but i'll test that out and get back to you.

I actually tested it out. There were some minor, purely textual "problems". I did not respec, and also couldn't test the flight yet, but it seems to work just fine for now. I'm also playing multiplayer with another dragonborn. Also an okay from his side!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but on adding this to my game it lead to crashes when attempting to respec. I have over forty mods currently and they're all playing nice with one another (each one specifically chosen for a specific task or area of the game's files, to not conflict). So this was the first time I saw this. If BG3 had logs or anything, I might be able to give you some more useful information. I'm sorry that I can't.

Edit: This one works, though I'd rather be using yours.

I wonder if it's something to do with Draconic Flight?

hmm... without more information, i'm not sure what to tell you. it does overwrite the node for dragonborn level 1 to give the resource and a passive. i would move those to level two to try and work around conflicts, but you kind of need the resource at level 1 to use your breath weapon.

Ayy, playing scalie bait might actually be worth it over literally any other race.
