This mod tweaks the dimensions of the line and the cone breath weapons for dragonborn to be closer to tabletop and fixes the incorrect tool tips. It also changes the animation on the lightning breath weapon to the more appropriate lightning bolt animation. Unfortunately, there are no similarly appropriate animations for acid or fire.

There's another mod that extended the lines (though I tweaked a little more than just the line length) and added level scaling, but since Larian added level scaling with Patch 1, the other mod adds a bit of superfluous bloat now. Also, it hadn't corrected the tool tips for acid and lightning breath which both said "cone" instead of "column" despite being line attacks.
Note: The tool tip for the cones says 13 ft. but the effect is actually 15 ft. (4.5 meters). There's nothing I can do about this because the tooltip automatically rounds the distances and includes the offset, but I tested in game and the effect is at least 14.7 feet.

Changes the scaling to that in the Cleric and Species UA. (1d10 at level 1, 2d10 at level 5, 3d10 at level 11, and 4d10 at level 17).
Makes breath weapons an attack replacement usable once per turn.
Changes uses to a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier regained on long rest.
Adds ability to use breath weapon charges to gain flight at level 5.
Compatibility Notes: I haven't tested it, but in the process of making breath weapons able to replace an attack, I also implemented a blade cantrip fix, so if you place this below Sword Meets Sorcery - Core, both should work properly. 5e Spells uses SE to block the extra attack, so load order doesn't matter.
