Found a super awesome Shield in Act 2, Aegis of the Unflinching Guardian. I thought it would go PERFECT for my Life Cleric.
My heart broke when I read the red text that only a fighter can use the shield. Is there something I can do to allow all classes to use it? I'd really appreciate. I kassume this was an intentional option, so I understand if I can't change it.
Amazing mod! Just one thing the shadowcursed battle axe i think its not registering as a weapon so my hand is always open and hits like im making an unarmed attack? Not sure if it was meant to be like that or not but still a great mod regardless!
you're all good. it just looks a little wonky if im thinking too hard about it. usually, i can't even see it because im focused on who im hitting instead so it's still great. cant wait to get to act 3 and find the other equipment. thank you for the reply btw!
No, an REL version isn't viable anymore. You can use FED+REL if you want to integrate them together OR use the REL generator and add the items to RELs loot pool.
If you use REL generator to integrate them into RELs loot pool like you stated, does this remove the copies from the game world you placed in specific locations? Or will they remain and you will technically have a chance of getting two of the same item (One randomly, and the one you specifically placed)? assuming one is not using the tutorial chest summoning cheat.
When doing this, you would have to select the Tut_ version if the item to have it integrated into the REL loot pool, the items without the Tut_ are the items that are integrated in the game world. But I'm not completely sure this would work because I believe the REL generator changes the items to unique so you would only be able to obtain the item once.

I think the Gauntlets of Calculated Carnage are doing more than advertised for the crit rating. It's the only crit boosting effect my boy has on him at present. Any ideas?
Okay, that makes sense. Thing is, he doesn't have any other crit boosting items or effects on. I'm not sure. Wonder if there's some other conflict cross wiring with the gloves. But then it should affect every crit fishing piece of gear...hm. I'll test a bit more today. Thanks for the confirmation.

Sorry, I will not be implementing translations at this time because when I did this in the past, it was causing some people to crash. That being said, when I create the all-in-one version of my equipment mods, I might go ahead and add a few translations. The version on mod.io and nexus are the same.
It's great to hear you'd like to do that. But what does "mod.io" and "Nexus" mean? Have you submitted updates to Larian for console yet? Thanks for the very quick reply.
When making an update to a mod, it is usually automatically approved for PC and then that update has to be approved by Larian to approve it for console.
Hi, just wanted to suggest a QOL change. IMO the visual effect of Spiked Shell is a little overwhelming and distracting. It encompasses a chunk of area around the shield holder. If it was just during combat then it would've been fine. But it stays as long as you have the hitpoints, so it becomes very distracting during normal traversal. Could you look into reducing it or maybe changing the visual effect altogether?
Hey, thanks for this mod! Really high quality stuff. Had a question about the ring of deflection, it says it's a passive feature but it seems I need to toggle it every round. Is this intentional or did I misunderstand? Peace!
Toggle features in BG3 are managed through passive which is why it says that. It should have a Short Rest Cooldown instead of being able to be used each round also, might need to look into fixing this or disregard the short rest cd 🤔
Question: I want to use the mod without FED, but my mod manager keeps telling me dependency missing FED, is there a way to fix that without downloading FED?
It gives you the option to ignore the message, if not you may be able to download FED and just disable it in the in game mod manager. I've never tried these methods though. https://imgur.com/bWaPsCm
