This mod's coolest feature lets you absorb powers from certain enemies, but to do so you need to reliably stun or knock them out. And knockouts are not reliable in BG3! This mod - Bonk Enhanced - makes it almost foolproof to get knockouts. (And it enhances your bonk, who doesn't want that)
I do wonder smth, from which certain enemies we can receive this powers?? Some of them are clear, but where can I learn hearthwrench and the map spells?
How does the description from the front page leave any uncertainty? It can't be any clearer, it literally lists all npcs there is something to get from, and what.
I don't know why but it doesn't work for me. I get the tadpole after I consume the dwarf's(forgot his name) with the two human NPC(Edwin I think?) but when I try to implant the tadpole in Gut, it says invalid target. I tried hold person, sleep, tasha's hideous laughter, enwebed, prone, non lethal attacks nothing worked whenever i try to implant the tadpole it tells me "invalid target"
Answered on Discord but for anyone else stubling upon this : Gut cannot be planted, she doesn't have Interesting Potential, she drops a unique tadpole on death.
Hey there! I started a playthrough some days ago, i just finished with the underdark but i didnt use any tadpole till now for roleplay reasons. Now it was time to start consuming them but the tadpole of potential didn't appear somehow. Am i stuck without it because i refused the first tadpoles or am i missing something? thanks a lot
If so, the tooltip in the game is reversed, but I doubt it's the case. In my game it said "if active, allies will be ignored. toggle off to affect them as well". I left it toggle one and have activated it a total of 3 times, it correctly ignored allies twice, and in one encounter it affect them as well.
This mod is so cool, btw. But i've lost my tadpole and been unable to trace how or where, I am aware of needing to retrieve the tadpole from the victim but i did and got the feature, after that it was lost, it was implanted in Nere, if that helps. Anyway is there some way that you might add it to the 3 different tadpoles to the tutorial chest? Keep up the amazing work. :)
I recommend using the console command found in the dedicated article or EasyCheat to get items, with a preference for the latter as it doesn't require you to visit the page to get the uuid/command. I prefer these over the tutorial chest method.
Retrieve is an action/spell too, the target must be dead and have the tadpole planted before their death. If these conditions are fulfilled but it doesn't work, please come over on Discord to explain.
Oh it was in the character skill section, I don't know if it was there before or after tadpoling him. If you can, please add some instructions on the page somewhere so people don't get lost. The game can get overwhelming with the UI's and such.
Is there any way to get the symbiotic tadpole back if the Act 1 dialogue is wrong? I was already in the second act when I realized there was no tadpole planting spell option....
I have this and illithid powers 2 overhaul but I don't see any changes when using Priestess Gut's tadpole or experienced tadpoles. Or am i missing something?
Edit: Nevermind it's in the -character features- in the spellbook tabs.

Though I lost my assimilating tadpole right after received it back from Nere's corpse. Is it possible to retrieve?
But if I knock the target out then tadpole him after the fight, I get both of the ability and tadpole. Problem solved!
thanks
