If you have a suggestion or bug could please put it into the Chivalry Discord https://discord.gg/ejvWyWUW2m server that would make it much easier for me to manage.
This is truly a remarkable achievement, sir. I have translated it into my country's language and am doing my best to promote this work widely. However, if I may point out one issue — the Armor of the Mountain and the Rider's Armor appear excessively dark. The black shading is so strong that it obscures the beautiful details of the armor's design. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a look at this matter.
Is it possible to do a "tutorial chest only" version so we can apply these with REL randomized loot generator and they won't spawn at fixed locations? Outstanding work !
I see! Real life always comes first, you already have done an excellent job, sadly not a lot of medieval armour sets out there in BG3 (Modded or not). Will someone pick it up please?
Ok, I'm coming back with some help from AardiHenrietta the creator of the knights and dames mod to help alleviate the load. I have some early wip pics on the discord for some upcoming armors and weapons.
Jesus Christ be praised! Many thanks to you and AardiHenrietta, very looking forward to this, gonna wait for this to come out and start a playthrough with a friend for patch 8. So many mods and base game heavy armours are so high fantasy, poor me just want some historical low fantasy stuffs
Dear modder, hast thou abandoned this mod? I absolutely adore this mod of yours and I’m very much looking forward to the update, since as of right now the armor sets all look amazing but due to the no shadow/polishing on the armours they look a tad bit out of place. It would be very much appreciated if we could know whether you are currently working on it or not.
Sorry, yeah I've been busy with a lot of things so I haven't been able to work on it. Though if anyone wants to pick up where I left off, send me a msg, and I'll send all the toolkit files for the mod along with files for cut armor and bodytypes so you can update the mod with whatever you like.
@NeyoPhyTe Seconded. The champions' laurel, as cool an item it undeniably is (concept wise and all); one of its main gimmicks, the extra attack that (I presume) is meant to be treated an additional attack on top of what the fighter already has, instead removes the the extra attack you get as fighter at level 5. The net attacks you're allowed to pull off equate in eventuality still to [two] regardless, yes, but as I doubt this interaction is intended - insofar as what the description lends me to believe - so a bit of bugfixing may be in order.
That put aside, fantastic mod - I'm having a lot of fun so far.
*Edit - Further testing proves that both the spear of mercy & forgiveness as well as the gauntlets of the blood angel both don't seem to work as intended (as per the descriptions' whims, at least). The spear doesn't seem to benefit twice from your strength modifier as it claims to do, and the gauntlets... Are pretty much non-functional. It neither does more damage to bleeding nor unwounded targets, and as both sources of extra damage are [piercing] as opposed to [radiant], I don't see why/how the [radiant] damage die is chosen for them.
