I'm nowhere close to a point where I could say how well-balanced a class is just from it's description, but as far as I can tell, this seems to be a well-balanced one. However, I can't for the life of me see why would I want this class in my game. It lacks allure, is what I'm trying to say.
Rule of thumb when browsing mods (which takes some practice to start using) - if you look at something and can think - "well, this might as well just not be there, and It'd be all the same to me", then what you're looking at at that moment is clutter to you. A mod user who can't separate mods they want from mods they "may as well install" is bound to DL half-a-nexus worth of mods that'll give him nothing but more total file size and more chances at bugs/compatibility issues.
If you want this one to, figuratively speaking, "fly off the shelves", then you are going to need to either add some more captivating features, or advertise the existing ones better if you think those are captivating enough alone.
Speaking of which, the latter is a good trick to adopt when you're trying to evaluate the current worth of your own creation. Try to read your best sales pitch about it to yourself, and then judge how impressed you are with said pitch, after all, if you can't "sell" it to yourself you'll never "sell" it to someone else. If you feel like the pitch itself failed and doesn't do your creation justice, then as it's fan you should be able to immediately tell what's wrong with the pitch, like which features it didn't highlight enough. Ask yourself why you like them and you'll know what angle to take when describing them to others. Conversely if you think that the pitch itself was your best effort but you still feel unimpressed, then the answer to what your work still needs is the same as to why you were not impressed - think of what you want to hear in a pitch and work towards that becoming a part of your creation.
Why even take the time to write this? Don't download it and move on, weirdo. I didn't realize that Don Draper was reviewing my mods for the perfect sales pitch. Also, maybe you should try something first before commenting on it. So f'ing bizarre. Honestly, this is the strangest comment I've seen. I think you might lack allure in your personal life based on this weirdo bs.
