Added a version of the wings that changes to match the wearer's skintone. Added the skintone version of the wings to character creation in both the beard and tail slots for all tall races (beard and hair slots for dragonborn). Added a 'Potion of Soaring Ambition' that permanently grants the drinker the fly ability. Added a camp footwear version of the wings. Changed names of all wing items to include the slot used. Updated some item icons and tweaked some animations.
