These heads are obviously not the most lore-friendly in orkiness due to not having tusks as well having as the Hobgoblin markings. There are also ear seams present on many of the heads. I suggest using hair which covers it :) For everything else there's head canon.
I neither have the time nor the spoons to re-do the textures, teeth+lip meshes, and skeletons for 24 heads. That is an insane amount of work, please understand.

Never liked the way orc tusks are generally depicted as useless vestiges. Useless for both eating and self-defense. Generally tusks in the animal world provide some utility. I suppose there may be some exceptions... perhaps walrus tusks have limited utility (not sure). But it seems like orc tusks generally serve only to make orcs ugly by typical human beauty standards, however, I dare say these orc heads are uglier than the vanilla orcs!
