The scrolls of Heightened Awareness, Mind Fog, and Glimpse of the Akashic are now learnable - by casting the scroll, you will automatically learn the spell on that character. Be careful about who casts the scroll...
Mind Fog is now a level 4 spell, and Glimpse of the Akashic is now a level 6 spell (down from level 5 and level 8, respectively)
Astral Castigation now properly applies to all attacks, not just those made within melee range
