Flash-Bang Powder: -Damage decreased from levelx2 to a level map (see description). -Status changed from Blind to Off Balance since swashbucklers can already apply blind. -Now has a once per turn cooldown. -Prepare VFX improved.
Low Blow: -Now deals bludgeoning damage and uses an unarmed attack animation. -VFX improved.
War Crimes: -Damage to secondary targets decreased from weapon damage to weapon damage/2. -Now applies 3 turns of bleed to secondary targets.
Collateral Damage: -Damage decreased from weapon damage + proficiency bonus to weapon damage. -No longer deals half damage on miss. -Range decreased from 6m to 5m. -Now applies 3 turns of bleed.

Dirty Tricks (my new abilities): Name changed to "Dastardly Deeds." The new subclass uses my previous name (Dirty Tricks), so I changed mine to avoid confusion.
Swashbuckler: -Flick of the Wrist now uses a maneuver save instead of Charisma spell save. -Sand Toss now uses a maneuver save instead of a Charisma spell save. -Sand Toss now uses a level map (see description)

Collateral Damage: -Fixed a bug where the game would crash when hovering over the spell in the level up screen. -Damage decreased from Weapon Damage + Dexterity on hit and Weapon Damage + Dexterity Modifier/2 on miss to Weapon Damage + Proficiency on hit and (Weapon Damage +2)/2 on miss (atypical damage calculations cause crashes on the level up screen, so this change is part of the work around to fix the issue).

Fixed an issue where the interrupt version of sneak attack was refunding a sneak attack charge on non lethal interrupt sneak attacks that were made on the same turn as lethal interrupt sneak attacks.

Deadly Instinct: I had to change the implementation of Deadly Instinct due to a base game bug with interrupts that trigger on attacks. Instead of being an interrupt that changes your next attack to a guaranteed critical, it gives you a status that makes the next attack that HITS a critical. You also get advantage and +2 to attack until you land a hit since it is possible to miss with this new implementation. The buff doesn't go away until you land a hit or end of turn.
Flashbang Powder: Damage changed from 2xLevel + Proficiency to 2xLevel. I want the ability to be mostly used for the blind, so I decreased the damage slightly.
War Crimes: Damage changed from half damage to FULL damage to three nearby enemies. This is to make it better and more differentiated to arrow of many targets.
Note, no compatibility changes yet. I still need to work on the compatibility framework implementation.
