Im glad you liked it :) I did try and make a level spell level 10 version as you requested. But it didn't work. I i suspect its because the Spell slots were never meant to go beyond above level 6 originally. But if there is anything else i can help you with. Feel free to ask :).
7, 8, and 9 are actually possible, at least for the normal spell slots. Expansion mod gives casters access to those at higher levels (13-20) and there are mods out there that give you spells of those levels (not a lot of them though). Vanilla even has a few lv9 spells featured but those aren't exactly normal spells.
And while I'm no expert on TT DnD, I don't think spell level 10 was ever a legit thing. So I wouldn't be surprised if 10 didn't happen due to some hard-coded limitation while 7/8/9 are entirely possible.
You could argue that there were never meant to be lv 7/8/9 shadow spell slots, but there were probably never meant to be lv 1/2/4/5/6 shadow spell slots either, yet there doesn't seem to be any problem with those. So I would guess that 7/8/9 should be possible, just not 10.
P.S. As for "overpowered version", don't you think that 1-6 is overpowered enough?
I can certainly see if its possible and if it is, upload a file that converts maybe the tomes to remove instead of adding. Which version are you using? Need to make sure the correct spell level is specified in removal.
HI! I tried the mod and It's cool. I was tryng to play it as warlock slots for balance reasons and I wonder if it's safe to uninstall and use another higher level slot if i wish to change it?
or if possible an option to remove the slots like a potion or consumable. so I can in turn use another higher slot?
Sorry for late reply, yes both ways are possible technicly.
The thing is if you used a tome and get a spell slot then saved. Uninstalling that mod and download and install another version and loading up that save, has the following effect.
You keep the spell slot you had prior to uninstalling, but the tomes are now converted to give you a different spell slot level upon consumption henceforth.
hello, thanks for the mod I have a little question, how do we activate the mod lvl 3 4 and 5 for example at the same time on the bg3 mod manager? because given that the files have the same name it replaces level 3 with 6 etc it only takes 1 file
Since they are made in the same project the files do replace one another technically. Which is why it doesn't work with multiple files. It takes a while to put the project together so i re used the same project and change the variables to make it quicker.
There is a workaround for your issue. But it takes a while to do and is more of a hassle for you. So under optional file i have made one file. Shadow Spell Slot (3-5th level)
With this one when consuming one tome. You gain a spell slot in each level from 3-5
(The workaround however.) What you could have done which is not obvious whiteout experimenting as i have.
You can install level 3 version, use one tome. Save. Uninstall the mod, install level 4, load up, use one tome. Uninstall, install level 5, load up, use one tome. Then you would get the effect you are after, one spell slot for those three levels.
No problem, hope the optional file works as intended for you :) (if you used it). Haven't properly tested it out, i just took the working recipe and edited the variables.
Ahh you use the 1-6 version Spell level version. Alright i have now made a new version of this one under optional files. So that short rest also refreshes the shadow spell slots. (Had to make a secret hidden passive that is responsible for restoring Shadow Spell slots on short rest) Also if there are for some reason any issues with that mod or you want any other changes. Then just leave me a comment again :).
Yeah its perfectly normal. Maybe it has to do with UI limitations or it could be that when you unlock level 5 and 6 level spell slots. Maybe it changes and they become visible. Not sure what causes it to not be visible. Its not something i can fix, as there is technically nothing wrong in the way i set it up in the toolkit.

Could you create an overpowered version? With a level 10 magic splot?

Thanks for the great mod.
Is there a way to remove the shadow slot completely? I have used it on character I didn't want to.(
Which version are you using?

Thanks again! Now I can have shadowheart multiclass to thief without losing as many spells.

Question is just what spell level version do you want?

i was wondering, my lvl 5 and 6 spell slots dont show on the ui and i was wondering if that was normal ?
Happy Holidays to you too :).
