Thank you very much for the kind words, great feedback and endorsements!
All this is very motivating. - I love that there are other people out there who enjoy those little redesigns as much as I do.
    Thank you, everyone!

How to start out editing NPC in Baldur's Gate 3?
I think this is the tutorial video I used to start out: LINK

First you'd need to install the BG3 Toolkit. It's available via Steam and GOG.
Then you'd need to 'unlock' it with this mod: Moonglasses
Then you should be good to go watching the tutorial and edit your first NPC.

Editing them is done like this:
Left-click NPC (green frame appears around it).
In the sidebar (left side), search for 'Portrait Visual Resource'.
There is a little dropdown menu next to it which should read 'none'. If not, it's a bit more complicated since a template gets loaded. But let's skip that for now, since in most cases it should read 'none'.
Click the button with the three dots next to the dropdown menu. -> Character Editor opens in new window.
This is where you can edit the NPC to your hearts content.
Left side you see categories like head, body, horns, hair - you can even add other categories and mix and match to your liking.
Right side find the 'Properties Explorer'.
Click 'Presets' to find the 'color settings' and edit skin, hair, equipment, tattoos, scars and the like.

Hope this helps you get started!

How to edit NPC with custom-made heads, hair, body, horns etc, made by other modders?
I fear I don't know yet. No idea how to load a mod as dependency of another mod and seeing that other mod's assets in the toolkit. Wish I knew. I saw a dependency option somewhere in the settings, but it didn't do anything for me when testing. Maybe made some rookie mistake. Also had no luck searching the web so far. Feel free to let me know if you find out. :-)

Gods I appreciate this. I love this game with the heat of a thousand suns but the druids look like they are wearing uniforms for the Rainforest Cafe.

Hi! Does this work on patch 6? I tried, but it disabled my mods in BGMM.

Hi! Sorry, I have no idea... :-(
Never played with patch 6 myself. Hopefully someone else reading here might be able to answer this.

    Aaa love the looks for these! was curious if you'd ever do modular versions of your mods, or if not how does one go about making their own npc edits like this? :}

      Thank you! <3
Unfortunately, modular would be too much work / micro management.
I have posted a little guide above as a sticky post. Have fun experimenting and editing to your heart's content!

would you ever consider a version of your mods that is just equipment changes?

Hi :-) I don't really see that happening, sorry. That would just be too much effort. And I'm not even sure what would be the best workflow in order to separate the redesigned clothes / armor from the other changes. Think I'd need really to start from scratch.

I'm in love with your revamps! I visit your author page everyday just to check. I am so excited for this series. I'm super excited on what you'd do next.
The druid's face on the emerald grove (the one woman arguing with the tieflings and the one on waukeen's rest and the fist merc on githyanki fight) is the same one! XD I like your interpretation on Maggran he became hot. Also Nettie wow

Thank you so much for the praise! :D

Next pack is almost ready (and has been for some time). Just want to add another couple of NPC. This will redesign the Githyanki near the bridge with the dragon rider - and the Flaming Fist patrol they encounter. As well as the Flaming Fist mercenaries at Waukeen's Rest and in the Shadowlands. Oh, and the fake paladin and his companions who are out to hunt Karlach.

Hello I love both NPC Revamps! I see where you say you can add the mod mid-save does that also mean you can remove them mid-save without any issue?

Yes! :-) You just switch the new look on and off by adding / removing or activating / deactivating the file. It works since there was no need to edit the inventories. The clothes / armor are merely... 'painted on on the skin'. They are not truly equipment / equipped. Hope that makes sense.

      Glad you enjoy the mod!
