If like me you're tired of hunting for shovels after you keep selling them by mistake, well... now you don't need one anymore!
Just call the best boy and ask him to dig for you, or you can simply click the spell after he finds treasure.
I wasn't able to create an entirely new Dig spell for some reason, there must be some script shenanigans at work behind the curtains, cause it only produced a chest when using Tav's original digging spell. Sooo... I added a little paw digging animation, otherwise he was stuck doing nothing cause he can't use the human animations.
For the same reason I suppose, a shovel appears under Scratch for a second while he digs. I don't think I should make it invisible or it would likely remove it from Tav's animations as well, but obviously it's just on the ground as he can't use it xD. But hey, at least it works!
There are2 multiple versions:
- the main one is for default, unmodded Scratch.
- in the optional files, there'sa version a few versions with compatibility with:
- Scratch Dog Training - Thanks FrostShell for giving me permission to use your stats!
- Best Boy from oogaboga66
- JWL Scratch Is Back from UmbralJewels
You only have to load my mod after your preferred Scratch mod. :)
If you use other Scratch mods, let me know which and I can try to ask the creators for compatibility as well, or add them if there's no permission needed.
