When I try to make the .pak file I get an error that says "Package Build Failed: Internal error! System.InvalidOpertaionException: This operation is not supported for a relative URI." The error says more but that's the first few lines. I have a picture of the error but I can't add it here nor will it let me copy the text in it. Anyone know what causes this? I am running this on Linux using Wine but everything else has worked just fine.

I was wondering if you or someone else in the comments would be able to make a coin flip mod to replace dice rolls, making the game even harder?

Hope it's okay to ask this here :3

Is there anyway to like reverse this with some dice I already made and see what the different codes it generated were? I was making a bunch of dice on two little sleep and didn't think to actually, you know, write that down in a file or anything, and forgot to update the in-game name for one of them so now two of them have the same in-game name. I was hoping I could fix it somehow without having to basically start over from this step with fresh folders and new UUIDs.

Also does the description actually show up in the game somewhere? I assume I didn't update that either for the dice in question but when I went to check it didn't look like dice had descriptions lol.

If you can open the .pak file (LSLib will do this for you), you can look in the files for it! I'd have to see the file structure to know exactly where to look, but I think it's probably under "localization" as that's where you put the names and descriptions. There should be an .xml file in there that you can edit. Then you'd save it, save the .xml as a .loca (also a function in LSLib), and then repack the mod (LSLib once again lol).

This is the one thing I'm pretty ok with when it comes to mods (finally!), so if you need more help please feel free to ask.

My antivirus is not letting me download the file due to detecting a trojan horse in the .exe file.

You'll have to manually add it to your allow list if that's the case. You can view the source code for my tool here: SundayMoments/DiceModHelper: Repository for the "Dice Mod Helper" on nexusmods.com

I think I've done 95% of it all correctly.. However, I'm missing some crucial detail here because when I import my mod into the mod manager it keeps landing in "Overrides" instead of active/inactive mods. Does anyone know what am I missing here?

You can view the source code on my public GitHub repository and run the script yourself if you so choose. I've never heard of "HP Sure Click" but this is most assuredly a false positive.

Yes, thank you! doing it via github didn't trigger it so it truly was false positive.

Could I use this dice tool to make a dice with only natural ones?

Editing this to just say thank you so much for this tool- I just formatted and packaged my dice in a tenth of the time it usually takes! Absolute godsend!!

      Tool Tutorial

Make sure you .pak the folder I show at the end. The mod worked in-game, just didn't show it in upload.
