Lord Dain’s enemies once described him as bristling with death. They say a bit of his essence lives on in this cloak.
Lord Dain's Cloak is a Cloak of Protection +2 that also gives you the hidden Martialling Cry condition, which makes you deal maximum damage on all your attacks (martial and magic).
Not claiming this is balanced. It is to honor a departed friend who was always very 'lucky' on his damage rolls in tabletop rpgs -- especially when no one could see his dice.
The cloak is in the tutorial chest.
