DELC_Sharpen from qUINT, or iMMERSE sharpen from iMMerse, in ReShade, are way better than CAS. They use the depth pass to sharpen the image without increasing the aliasing or shimmering.
(Even NIS from nvidia driver or the sharpen in amd driver are better than CAS. CAS is so old)
It's a tiny bit more heavy to run, but still nothing compared to other effects like MXAO.
I personally hate that blue tint, looks exactly like when you increase the dehaze and clarity settings in Lightroom to 100%, but that's just my personal taste I guess.

I'll have a look at those. This is my first time actually using ReShade so I'm not familiar with all the different effects that are available.
