Hey, love this mod! Just wanted to say I edited it to allow it to work with some modded subclasses (specifically Oath of Glory/Oath of the Watchers by BigGreenMako and Oath of Conquest by Havsglimt) by just using your version of the base subclass armor that those subclasses borrow the tenets from.
Not sure if you're interested in adding it/making an optional file for other people but just in case I thought I'd mention it to you and include the changes I made which probably uses way too much text but this is my first time trying something like this. As long as this loads after the subclass mod it should overwrite it I think? Yeah they are. I believe they normally start with chain mail; but for whatever reason in this game they start with medium armor, this mod resolves that
Honestly, it baffled me on the fact they even had medium armor. On one hand, I get maybe they are like a brand new paladin but on the other Paladins are known for the heavy armor and some people might want to rp with heavy armored paladin.
Generally speaking when you start an adventure as a 1st level Paladin you're not gonna have heavy armor, let alone Full Plate like this. Paladins may be known for Heavy Armor but starting with Chainmail is the authentic rookie experience.
I'll see if I can get round to it as a stand alone file. FWIW you can buy boots in act 1 I believe in druids grove, or you can use cheat engine or an item spawner mod to add it.
This is a really cool addition for an alternate start, but I noticed that the sword doesn't have any of its extra attack options, just the normal swing. I'd love to use it because it looks great, but I'll probably end up just sticking with the warhammer instead.
Idk why but it doesn't show the armor, just the sword, and this mod looks soooooooo cool aaaaaaa idk what to do, already tried changing my load order, i'm using the fix, nothing works :(
