Wow that purple outfit is gorgeous! Definitely makes sense for a Grand Duke.
I have a suggestion if you're willing to do it - new outfits and maybe hairstyles for Shadowheart's parents after freeing them. Nothing fancy ofc, just some commoners' clothes. I thought it's weird that they stayed in their prisoner rags until the end of the game. I don't know if this can be done but they can probably show up with new outfits during the statue of Selune scene.
That is a good idea. I can change their appearance but scripting an alternate appearance after they've been freed is beyond my abilities. That would be great though! They shouldn't have to spend the rest of their days in tattered rags. Maybe just changing their rags to something less awful but not too flashy would be a good middle-ground. It could work both as prison appearance and afterwards. I'll see what I can do.
Thanks! Maybe it could be done with the same way the game switches Ravengard's outfits from armor > prison clothes > armor? Not sure how that works though.
Oh, love the change, it honestly fits with the story better. Did wanna ask though, if you get the OG baldness, is that just a clothing replacer? I like using Terpsichore's mod for the Duke's appearance, but I'd probably choose this one over it cuz I'm a sucker for the RP touches.
It might work if you put Terpsichore's mod lower in the load order, as that seems to only change the head.
I tried out some combinations in the load order. 1. If Terpsichore's mod is below mine, it will completely override mine. He will have Terpsichore's modded head and his vanilla plate armour. 2. If my mod is lowest in the load order, Ravengard will have Terpsichore's modded head and my modded outfit. Buuut, he is no longer bald. 2.1. If the OG bald option is used, Ravengard ends up with hair anyway. See screenshot. 2.2. If the hair option is used, he looks as expected.
I'll investigate further and see if anything can be done.
In summary: Use the hair version for now, lower in the load order.
This change in attire actually makes much more sense. Ravengard is a nobleman now, a dignatary. And given that the attack on Waukeen's Rest happened by surprise, he would be unlikely to have been able to dress himself in armour so quickly. Also, the hair is a nice touch too.

I think I managed to make them look a little bit better though. I'll upload a separate mod for that in a bit.
