Hey guys, hope you enjoy the mod! If you have any feedback please let me know in the comments and don't forget to Endorse if you liked it!

This helps the mod reach more people (and shows me people appreciate the mod!).

    Regarding modded Cleric Subclasses:

    • Subclass mods should be loaded BEFORE my mod
    • If they use Compatibility Framework or a Progression Merge (Patch 7+ feature), they should be compatible from the get-go.

That said, I will look into making my own Compatibility Patches for incompatible Cleric Domains/Subclasses mods and to remove Martial Weapons/Heavy Armour Proficiencies from Domains/Subclasses that have them since PHB2024 removes all Proficiencies from Subclasses and puts them into the Divine Order (added by this mod) instead.

Please let me know which Modded Cleric Subclasses you would like me to add a Compatibility Patch for in the comments.

can you make the Light Cleric disadvantage charges reset on short rest? Its much less useful now.

It literally already does at level 6. The level 6 feature of Light Domain Cleric does exactly that. Before it was overpowered at low levels, now it's more balanced and at Level 6 it gets stronger by recharging on Short Rest so it stays competitive. Specially because now that same feature at level 6 now lets the Light Domain Cleric give a temp HP boost after using the Warding Flare.

Are there any known reasons why this mod would be incompatible with Pactbound?
No matter the load order, the game crashes when both are active. I can run either one individually without issues, but using both together causes a crash. It’s odd, especially since I’ve had no problems using Paladin and Oaths – DnD 5R PHB2024.
    Great mods, by the way!

Could you try with this mod's Version 4.6 and let me know if that fixes the issue?

It worked! I was able to do everything and had all the class features working correctly in both the warlock and paladin/cleric. Thanks!

Hey Chiz, I see you struggling a little with the Potion of Angelic Slumber/Relief and Divine Intervention (maybe?) and compatibility. I ran into the same issues working on my own mod and dealing with tons and tons of new action resources until I created an Osiris script that solves it very nicely. Feel free to test it out and use it in your own mods!

    Version 1
    SubGoalCombiner SGC_AND
    INITSECTION

    KBSECTION
//REGION Potion of Angelic Slumber and Divine Intervention catches for custom resources

    IF
    StatusApplied(_Character, "ALCH_POTION_REST_SLEEP_GREATER", _, _)
    THEN
    ApplyStatus(_Character, "YOUR_STATUS_HERE", 1.0);

    IF
    CastSpell(_Character, "Shout_DivineIntervention_Healing", _, _, _)
    THEN
    ApplyStatus(_Character, "YOUR_STATUS_HERE", 1.0);

    //END_REGION
    EXITSECTION

    ENDEXITSECTION

You'll need to add in another Osiris rule for "ALCH_POTION_REST_SLEEP_LESSER" to cover anything that would recover from the Angelic Relief short rest benefits but that's an easy add.

I'll keep it in mind for the future, the thing is this mod requires me to literally delete some entries from it, so I can't just ''add'' to it, I need to edit it directly so a standard override/self-inherit is the only way.

I've encountered a very strange compatibility issue, after Fixed Potion of Angelical Reprieve and Slumber update, using the updated versions of Cleric, Paladin and Dragonborn at the same time will cause the game to fail to start, but if I replace one of them with the pre-update version, it doesn't have issue.

Hello. It's impossible for the updates to cause that as the only change was to a single stat field (not even to the entity itself) of the Potion of Angelical Reprieve and Slumber. Of course, I've also tested it and I can run the game normally with all three (and many more mods, from mine and from other authors) with no issues. Sounds like you have a problem of installation or a mod conflict of some kind as, again, editing the effect of a potion can't cause the game to fail to start.

      • Does the issue happen also when creating a new game or only when loading an old save?
      • Could you check which one exactly of the three is causing the issue for you? Have all three of them updated to latest version and check if there's one specific mod of the three that fixes it when reverting to the previous version, because it's unlikely it's all three at once.

The only possible explanation is that there is some mod conflict or that the installation failed either because of user error or because the file I uploaded got corrupted somehow during the upload process (which would explain why it works fine for me).

Thanks for the reply. After a few hours of adjusting the load order, I managed to isolate the mod that was causing the compatibility issue, which is the abandoned Disciple of Shar (Dark Justiciar Class) mod. It seems it's time for me to abandon my faith in Shar.

I have a similar problem, and I'm using the previous version for now.
I thought I could find the answer to the incompatibility from your test, but I don't use this mod. It seems I still need to spend some time looking...

Maybe check your Compatibility Framework version. Some people report issues when using any version after Compatibility Framwork Version 2.6.3.12 (unrelated to this mod, of course). That version seems to be the most stable.

Hey! I love this mod! I am using it for a war cleric and it's unstoppable. I did notice, however, that the War Priest extra attack charges don't refresh when using a Potion of Angelic Reprieve (which imitates a short rest). I don't know if it's intentional or not, but thought I'd let you know! Thanks for the mods!

Could you please make a patch that skips the choice between "potent spellcasting" and "divine strikes", instead you automatically learn both?

i actually liked the versatility of clerics from the base game having access to both
    thank you! great mod!

Clerics in base (unmodded) Baldur's Gate 3 do not have both Potent Spellcasting and Divine Strikes, that could be considered overpowered.

Both of those features were a fixed unlock through the subclass, and the only subclasses with Potent Spellcasting are Light Domain and Knowledge Domain without any Divine Strike; all others have Divine Strike and no Potent Spellcasting at all.

This mod, if anything, INCREASES versatility, as you no longer have the features fixed to your subclass selection and instead now you can choose any subclass and pick either of the two features depending on your playstyle.

Hello! Great mod, made clerics way more fun!

Was wondering, will there be a compatibility patch with sumradagnoth8 's mod 5e Cleric Subclasses Combined ? Not sure if it needs one, but seeing so many optional files made me assume it might need one. It is still an ongoing WIP per description, tho for now 3 subclasses are there. Just wanted to inform you about it and ask for the possibility. I am currently running only your mod.

Thank you for your time and effort!

Hello. Yes, me and @sumradagnoth8 already had talks about this while he was developing the mod. Our mods should be inherently compatible (but he told me that he needed to push an update this week first to finalize the compatibility).

I also just published a compatibility patch now for his released subclasses (Twilight, Order and Grave). I'll update it as he adds more subclasses so make sure to check for my compatibility patch when he updates his mod with more subclasses. The only thing my compatibility patch does though is remove the extra proficiencies from those Subclasses (as my mod's Divine Order should be only source of extra proficiencies now), but you can of course just play them as-is if you don't mind that.

Ahh I see, alright thank you very much!

Ahh, I thought they wont work and it might cause conflict or crashes if there isnt a compatibility patch, but alright, that is good to know!

Love your mod.  Definitely a must have.  I too use @sumradagnoth8's 5e Cleric Subclasses Combined mod but for some reason, I can't see any of the Cleric Domains from suradagnoth8's mod (I have his latest update and your latest compatibility patch).

      Load order:
Expansion (with the needed MCM changes)
      5e Cleric Subclasses Combined
      Cleric and Domain 2024
Cleric and Domain 2024 (various patches)
Cleric and Domain 2024 compatibility patch for sumradagnoth8's mod

I'm running a lot of mods, but I don't have any other Cleric related mods after that or before Expansion.  If I put his mod after yours, then I see his Cleric Domains, but then I don't get any of your changes.  I do have script extender installed with Community Library at the top of my load order and Compatibility Framework at the bottom of my load order.  Not sure what is causing it.  But going through all my mods one by one will take forever...  kind of frustrating.

UPDATE: I tested with Baltavi's Cleric Subclasses mod and your patch for that mod and that seems to work just fine.  So there seems to be something up with suradagnoth8's and your mod.

Sumradagnoth's mod adds subclasses via Compatibility Framework so it's kinda impossible for them to not appear unless your Compatibility Framework is straight-up not working for another reason (unrelated to this mod).

Maybe make sure your ScriptExtender is updated and all that? Also make sure your mods didn't get disabled. There's a base-game bug right now that disables mods when using BG3MM sporadically so you may need to re-export your mod load order from BG3MM. If none of that works, try removing the compatibility patches and then other cleric mods if necessary until you find what could be causing it.

But again, Compatibility Framework circumvents any other mod changes specifically to avoid any possible mod conflicts (that's why it's called Compatibility) so it's impossible for you to not see his subclasses if that's working...

Here you can see in my game I can access all his subclasses and from others while using this mod at the same time, without any issues; I even tested with and without his mod's compatibility patch (works fine either way): https://imgur.com/a/u7rNzFU

Thanks for the reply and looking into it.  I haven't had a chance to check out some of the things you mentioned yet.  just saw your reply and want to respond in a timely manner.  But the thing that's odd is, if Compatibility Framework was broken, or Community Library, wouldn't I see the same issue with Baltavi's Cleric Subclass mod as well?  That seems to work just fine with your mod.  Yes, I am aware there could be some edge cases that might allow that mod to work and @sumradagonth8's mod to not work, but it's much less likely.  I test software for a living, so I'm pretty used to the troubleshooting process and nuances that can happen between stuff.  Anyway, I'll try reinstalling the CL and CF mods and see if there's something odd with them.  Thanks again for looking into this.

Update:  I'm using the Experimental version of the Compatibility Framework mod (2.6.4.0a - the latest one).  I'll try and install the non-experimental version and see if that helps.  I have all of sumradagoth8's other combined 5e subclass mods and your other 2024 mods and they seem to work together, so this was a bit surprising.

It looks like it was the Compatibility Framework version I had.  I was using the latest one (2.6.4.0a) The experimental one that's load order agnostic (although I had it last in my load order anyway).  I downgraded to the non-load order agnostic one (version 2.6.3.12) and now it's working.  So, don't use the latest CF :).  Thanks again for looking into this and replying.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll keep it in mind if someone else reports something similar. I've always used that version (not the latest) as it has always worked perfectly for me so I see no need to update it. But yeah, better to not use experimental versions of mods lol

LOVE this mod! Having a blast with all the updated subclasses.

I did notice for Trickery Cleric, it looks like Blessing of the Trickster requires concentration and is only castable on others (i.e. cleric can't self cast). Would it be possible to remove these restrictions to be more in line with the 2024 rules?

Hello. Thank you for the report.

Yes, I missed that change. But you are not entirely correct about the changes:

      • Blessing of the Trickster now requires no Concentration.
      • Blessing of the Trickster can now also be self-casted by the Cleric (instead of only on another creature).
      • Range has been increased.
      • The limit of one active Blessing at a time remains, as per the rules of PHB2024. This makes sense since this blessing doesn't cost any special action resources.

This has now been implemented in Update Version 4.5.

If by ''feats'' you mean features. You literally have a huge description of every single feature in the ''Description'' tab of this mod. Just copy everything and paste into notepad? That will get you only the text, naturally (since notepad doesn't do images). I'm not sure what you are asking for that isn't already there in the mod description.

I can't paste it here because it's too long for a comment.
