Hi ! Yes, if you download Akelka's eotb patch you can use any eotb preset with them ! Make sure to follow the instructions on the head's mod page if you have any issues.
What specific eye color is the bottom left on blind glow??? With the red pupil and iris. I tried Using any of the red eye colors with white sclera in the base game but on all of them the pupil an iris is just black. Most of the eye colors actually with this mod (blind glow) turn the iris and pupil sold black. I only have this mod and EoTB so I know its not a conflict issue and I've installed them exactly like I was told to.
Hi ! So the way the glow is set up for this preset makes it not really work with vanilla flame glow but, demonic and elf colors work properly. However, there is a known bug with glow eyes where sometimes a color option will linger visually. I tested a bit more, and selecting a vanilla flame color does create a solid black color that doesn't go away. The only way I've been able to ''reset'' the eye color is by selecting an eye color from Astralities (works with Demon eyes and Feywild Eyes, but not the understated eye). The eye at the bottom of the image is very likely to be from their Demon Eye collection. I'll be quoting Astralities on the visual bug: ''There is a known CC bug that causes certain glow effects (flame, glowing pupil) to “linger” after selecting a color that contains this effect and then switching to another color that does not contain it.'' In the case of this preset, the glow seems to bug out on the vanilla flame option which then requires to be reset by a specific parameter that can be found in Astralities' eye colors (but I'm not sure which one in this case). I hope this can help you out !
Hi ! Unfortunately we can only use and load one preset at a time with Eyes of the Beholder, if it was possible to load multiple options at once I would gladly make one file with all the options ^^
