   can we get a version of the mod where it activates when you drop to lets say half health?

      I love the idea of the affects have a greater chance to trigger the closer to death you are.

   Does this mod just automatically change you into a werewolf when combat starts? Is there something you have to drink to activate it? Will it only affect Tav, or everyone in the party? Will it affect NPCs too?

      It transforms you on taking damage. You also have to drink the potion to activate it the passive. If you don't get the potion on login, you probably didn't download the dependency.
