DISCLAIMER
Do not use my mods or assets (including meshes and textures) as a base for your own mods and do not edit or reupload them anywhere - I spend a lot of time making them, like sculpting & painting them to create custom skin textures etc. Personal edits are fine, just don't upload those anywhere either.
If you want to patch anything or port them to mod.io, just ask me beforehand to receive my permission. (The Arcane Presets will not be ported to mod.io, see FAQ)
Will there be mod.io support? Unfortunately not due to copyright issues with League of Legends/Riot Games and Studio Fortiche. Mod.io does not like using the likeness of established characters or real people like actors even if I were to change their names.
My heads are floating/disconnected from the body. What do I do? Go into the graphic settings and set "Animation Level of Detail (LOD)" to high.
There are too many wrinkles / The wrinkles are too strong Download the "Less Wrinkled" Mod under "Requirements". I use the vanilla-like version.
How do I recreate the characters from your pictures? I listed the used cosmetic mods on the bottom of the description on the front page.
Why are my character‘s eyes white? This is related to EOTB (Eyes of the Beholder) (so if you either downloaded the EOTB or EOTB/UTAV compatible version). You need to download the EOTB mod and load all presets before the EOTB patches in the BG3 Mod Manager. Check the EOTB mod page on Nexus for more information. If you don‘t want to use EOTB, download the base version of my mod.
Will you add character X from Arcane/League of Legends? I'm planning to include the main cast and some side characters from the Arcane show specifically. Other LoL inspired characters would be in separate mod packs.
Will you convert X to another body type? I will prioritize making heads for the 'canon' body types. I won't convert certain heads to body types that don't fit them, like a BT4 Viktor. Conversions take additional work and time to adjust all the meshes, and some heads like I mentioned look off with a different body, so I can't guarantee that I will convert everything due to my limited time.
1. DOWNLOAD & INSTALL ONLY ONE OF THE 4 MAIN FILES AT A TIME 2. Extract the .zip folder and open it. 3. Move the .pak file into the Mods folder manually and install it with the BG3 Mod Manager by moving it to the "active" side. Then save and export the load order into the game.
I have the appearance edit enhanced mod (along with the origin mod), but even with editing my own Tav/Durge, I don't see any of the presets appearing in the face menu D: IS there something I'm doing wrong? I have the presets for arcane near the bottom of my load order (appearance edit after)
Hi there! First time modder for BG3 and I decided to try the arcane presets. Unfortunately after struggling for a few hours and trying my best to follow the directions, I'm stumped on how to fix my issue.
I downloaded all the proper stuff, but I'm wondering if there is a particular order the mods need to be loaded in in order to work. It loads the character's face (I've checked Jayce, Viktor, Mel etc.) and that all works fine, but for some reason the eyes are just templates of grey and white.
I appreciate if or when you take the time to respond. I can provide a pic if needed.
Edit: Presets mean just the head shape right? Not the hair/eyes and other details. You gotta find those yourself right? or is it suppose to load the entire character? Clothes/makeup etc.?
this mod only includes the faces, not any of the hair, clothes etc.
Grey/white eyes usually mean you have the EOTB version of it + either missing the EOTB mod or the false load order (you need to load the presets before the EOTB mod - check the mod page of EOTB for more info). I hope this helps!
(quote from the EOTB page: „Install this one first - if your heads in CC show up with fully black/white scleras, then it's working and you're ready to install an eye preset! Always keep it loaded before any of the eye presets. If used in tandem with compatible custom head/race mods, load those before this mod [EOTB]. This mod functions as a replacer - uninstalling it will revert the eyes back to vanilla.“)
tl;dr load order matters. patches like EOTB should be below any head presets in the BG3 mod manager. white/grey eyes are related to EOTB
That helped immensely! Thank you! I understand that I was using the incorrect one since I didn't have EOTB installed (of course I didn't) and I had no idea order mattered, so thank you for that as well. That fixed it and I appreciate the abrupt response as well.
it's from Tav's hair salon + some bangs from the "p4 bangs bangs everywhere" mod. (the jinx hair mod didn't exist yet when i took the pics, i'll update it)

removing the normal version of the pak file fixed it

(in plans make Jayce head for bt 2?)
EDIT: for BT3 Vi I used Jun‘s Hair (9 H) + a long bang (also from bangs bangs everyhere).
I‘m sorry if I don‘t remember it all correctly since it‘s been a while :‘)
