About this mod

Mourning Frost's passive, Insidious Cold, only applies to ONE target per cast. This mod removes this limit. Now Insidious Cold applies to all targets.

Mourning Frost, or more specifically its signature passive Insidious Cold,  is now pretty underwhelming for 2 reasons:

1. A meager fixed 12 DC. People are aware of this and virtually all mods that buff this weapon will change this.

2. It only applies to one single target per spell.

This means if you cast an AOE spell, only one random target will be going through a saving throw against Insidious Cold. Counterintuitively, AOE spells are worse at distributing this debuff than single-target spells because not only the number of affected targets remains 1, but also you don't get to choose the target you want to chill.
I believe this is less known because I rummaged through multiple platforms (mainly reddit) and could not find any post discussing this. I had to make this post asking people to confirm whether it was a bug. After some discussions I realized it was an intended design. But still I wish Insidious Cold was better so builds surrounding Mourning Frost could be viable in later games.

• So I made this mod. Here's what it does:

-Remove Insidious Cold's applying limit: now it applies to all targets taking Cold damage from spells.
-Add icons for both passives.
-Add extra description detailing the saving throw (DC, associated ability score). Hover and press T to see.

• There are 3 versions

-Balanced: DC remains a fixed 12.
-Buffed: DC = Spell Save DC - 2
-Overpowered: DC = Spell Save DC. This makes Mourning Frost overpowered for a Very Rare weapon, so i made it a Legendary
one and doubled its value.

• Install: import with mod manager.

Known bug: in combat log, if you hover over the saving throw text against Chilled (Insidious Cold), you'll see the calculation for its DC always being the calcultion of Spell Save DC even if the DC should be fixed or altered Spell Save DC. But the result will be correct.

Let me know if there's any problem.
