Gonna give this a try!  Do you know of any spreadsheets with the point and click commands?  Thanks!

I just created a new AI voice with RVC but was hoping to do it with TTS instead by being able to extract all the spoken lines as text. This looks like just what I was looking for! Excited to try this. Thank you for your work!

No problem. One of the main reasons I was inspired to do this was because of all of the terrible RVC replacers; currently finishing up my own voice mod using TTS and the results are infinitely better.

This has been pretty great so far!

Using this I replaced all the voice lines with Gale listed as the Character but none of the Spell voice lines were replaced.

It seems that a lot of the 10 digit Filenames (eg "361375877.wem") that have an Unknown Character are the lines used by the Origin characters (and probably others) to cast spells.

I looked at some other mods that replaced the Combat, Interaction, and Spell lines and by comparing that's where I discovered this discrepancy.

Yeah, spellvoice isn't included currently. This is because Whisper can't accurately parse the dialogue (latin with sfx) and there's no database with the character names. If we could get a community push going to update all these that would be the dream but it's a huge project (tens of thousands of lines).

Would this be an easy way to replace all of those wacky British English spellings like "manoeuvre" (I don't even know if I got that right) with the nice American English spellings? Or would that be a lot of work to find every instance of all of those spellings and change them all?

This has to do with sound files; what you want is localization files. I think a mod like what you're asking for already exists, though I'm not sure if it's been updated recently

You could use this as a subtitles database to identify spellings, yeah. A far easier way to do this though would be to extract english.loca, convert it to xml and then batch find and replace any spellings you want.

OMG this is so cool, I gotta show my husband when he's off work aaa (he coded the Sound Grabber tool for me and without that the point-click database would have taken exponentially longer)
