   When dashing, especially with the rogues cunning dash, their speed is frequently set to 0 permanently.

      Sadly, it does not (not specified in description if this is a race or for NPC's), which was the reason I downloaded it. I wanted to change their look, so it would be more fun killing them. ah well, I guess I have to keep looking.
