EA nautiloid was infinitely better. I can understand Larian wanting to streamline it when the game had just released and i can undestand removing the drugged out crazy NPCs i guess cuz that would be bad optics for a new first time player but after this amazing success i think Larian should officialy put this stuff back in. It was functional perfectly iirc
Any news on updating this any time soon? Could go great with ToTF Nautiloid Overhaul, middle area at helm really needs fixing though. I care less about the actual early access content and more about getting it to work as a map.
creating all that stuff from early access is a no joke. larian removed all the npcs, their dialogues and cutscenes as well. maybe one day i'll create all the stuff cut from the nautiloid if i somehow understand the toolkit
thought this would be cut content such as dialogue, companions romancing each other and "thought bubbles" back in early access they removed shadowheart would talk to her self when played as a origin character. you hear her thoughts. was an amazing idea giving origin characters their own personallity and doubts.
Think it'll be possible to bring back the early access Illithid Tadpole powers, I personally found them way more unique and interesting then what we have now
No idea why they cut this content. I always thought the little sentient missile shooting tank things were cute, and I was deeply saddened we didn't see them in the full release.
amazing, there are few camera bugs and stairs take too long to climb up or down but its not much a problem. i really really hope you continue this, if im not mistaken there was like 5 6 other enthralled people maintaining blast cannons and 2 injured imps bullying another enthralled man. and there was a scene with dragon upon first entering upper deck, if all of those can somehow be brought back, it would be so so good.
also according to the left over dialogue, there was supposed to be a brain reader just like in the act 2 mind flayer colony. it says there is supposed to be shar cleric, an adventurer and mind flayer brain.
