Added bugfix to restore Harm's missing necrotic damage against living targets when the saving throw is failed by the target. This also makes it more compatible with actualsailorcat's mod Animate Dead++.

Removed False Life effect from Harm and replaced it curing Blindness and Diseases (only when used on Undead). Changed recovery amount of Harm from 12d4 to a fixed 70 hit points that increases by 10 per upcast level beyond 6th. In short, made Harm act like Heal but for Undead.
