I think there's a few things broken with this mod as of Patch 8:

    • Transformation is bugged. Instead of being indefinite it's only 5 turns as the game is reading it as Disguise Self
    • Werewolf Howl. It does inflict fear, but is randomly giving the enemies action surge which DOES in fact work if they havent taken their turn yet.

If you're okay with the bugs, I think it's worth trying out, but it's for sure not in the cleanest state right now.

Transformation lasts only 5 turns. Can't endorse the mod unless the transformation lasts until the conclusion of battle.

Neat idea! Does it synergize with equipment that boosts unarmed damage? There's some gear that boosts damage for druids, even in wildshape.

Does it redo all attributes (like the Slayer form), or only a subset (like druid wildshape) ?
    1. Wondering the same thing myself.

Is the transformation only supposed to last 5 turns?

Do we know if this mod is being updated still? Would like to see some bugs fixed considering this is probably the best option anyone has to play a werewolf character in bg3.

How come it only lasts 5 turns? It gives me the "disguise self" status which has a duration of 5 turns

Edit: The in-game mod manager version of this mod states that Wyll is a werewolf. I just didn't realise!
  8. Would we eventually see like a pounce attack ability? Something that allows us to scale distance and deal damage at the same time?

Will look into that and see what I can add on a later version. Good suggestion!

You could take inspiration (and code lol) from the Slayer's "Relentless Lunge"

Now that GFN is allowing mods, I saw Vampire Origin is available but not Werewolf Origin. Any idea when that might be available through GeForce?

    Thanks!

I was able to restart Baldur’s Gate 3 thanks to this mod. I truly appreciate it. I love how the werewolf’s size isn’t ridiculously large and how it naturally reverts to human form after combat.

That said, I have a few questions I’d like to ask.

I’ve been enjoying the ability to jump and knock targets prone, but I feel the VFX effect doesn’t quite match the primal nature of a werewolf’s abilities. I’d love to keep using the ability while disabling the flashy effects—similar to the standard jump. Is there a way to do this? I do know how to unpack and repack mods.

Additionally, since I’ve only been playing with this mod for two days, I might not know all the details yet. But is it impossible to perform multiple attacks in werewolf form unless the class provides Extra Attack? I’m currently playing a Lore Bard and don’t plan to multiclass, so I’m curious about this.

Lastly, do you have any plans to add a Cleave-style ability for the werewolf? I think it would be an amazing addition.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and once again, thank you for creating such a fantastic mod!
