Note: Spellblader's True Strike is a bonus action self cast rather than choosing a target to allow flexibility similar to the various true strike mods on nexus and for balance reasons it is once per long rest, credit to those mods for allowing my swords to have a similar effect.
Hey, thanks for making a mod to serve this rather obscure niche, which Larian completely forgot to serve. However, the blades seem to operate as normal finesse weapons adding the dex/str modifier to the attack roll instead of the spellcasting modifier. Can anyone else confirm the problem?
These look awesome thanks for uploading these! I was hoping someone here could tell me how to change the enchantment to something more balanced for the early game? +3 is just too much imo, lol.
if you have bg3 multitool you can unpack it, and then go into the stats folder and change the weapon enchantment to 1 or 2 or change anything really if you know how. It is a bit op at first but im sure it evens out act 2 and 3. Funny thing it was a bit more op, but i nerfed some stuff before i uploaded.
Downloaded it separately a couple different times, but when opening the .zip file & attempting to copy the .pak to my \Mods folder (so I can load it into my order via BG3MM), I'm getting:
Data error : FE_FALCHION.pak
... and of course does not show up for BG3MM.
The [now corrupted] .pak file that gets dumped into the \Mods folder is only 17,801KB... whereas the compressed .zip file on the download page claims to be 29.4MB, so the .pak I'm getting should be much bigger, n'est-ce pas?
Suspect some borkage on the upload to Nexus, or other Nexus-related borkage?
Dyin' to see the new models!
Edit: Oops, sorry, I see someone else beat me to it (with a more concise msg, lol)
Sweet... re-download successful, install successful, no data error. Thanks for such rapid response (don't let us expect it, we get whiny & demanding, lol)
