    This would be very fitting for a Monk Astarion. Astarion in general, really.

      Hm maybe I should make a mod that gives Astarion the Vampiric Touch spell innately at level 5 regardless of his class.

      I tried but sadly I didn't find an elegant and easy way to do it, and I don't want to resort to Osiris Scripting.
