2.You need to download a 3rd party software called BG3 Modders Multitool from here Link or if you dont know how to use github etc, here is a direct Link
3.After you downloaded everything, you will need to extract both the BG3 Modders Multitool and the mod files aswell(only the .pak files are needed)
4.Open up the BG3 Modders Tool that you just extracted(double click on bg3-modders-multitool.exe)
5.There is a big square box that says "Drop mod workspace folder or a mod .pak here" you will need to drag and drop the .pak files you just extracted from mixarmour mod and this patch mod and it will create a folder inside where the BG3 Modders Multitool is called "UnpackedMods" and withing you should have two folders in it called:"Clothing Physics Repair Patch For Mix armour" and "MIXARMOUR"
6a.Now you will need to open "Clothing Physics Repair Patch For Mix armour" Folder and go to the Public->Clothing Physics Repair Patch For Mix armour folder that should contain a Content Folder
6b.Now you will need to do to same thing for "MIXARMOUR" sooo go to the unpacked MIXARMOUR folder and go to Public->MIXARMOUR
7.Now you will need to Copy the Content Folder from the "Clothing Physics Repair Patch For Mix armour"(from step 6a.) into the original "MIXARMOUR" folder that you had opened in step 6b., if you did it corrently it should promt you that there are matching files or same etc. choose the option to replace them
8.after everything done correctly, you can go back to the main folder that had both the "Clothing Physics Repair Patch For Mix armour" and "MIXARMOUR"
9.all thats left to do here is grab the entire "MIXARMOUR" folder and drop it into the BG3 Modders Multitool Blue Square thats says "Drop mod workspace folder or a mod .pak here" it will take a bit of time depending on what CPU you have, but after its done, you should see a MIXARMOUR.zip inside the UnpackedMods folder
10. just live with every other mod, grab the MIXARMOUR.zip and put it inside your BG3 Mod manager or if you are just using the ingame mod manager, you will need to put the .pak file inside the MIXARMOUR.zip into C:\Users\(Your User Name)\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
11.Active it via BG3 Mod manager or via ingame and enjoy the mod with physics in multiplayer^^
Hope this "short" tutorial helps everyone that wanted to enjoy this mod in multiplayer:) Hopefully i didnt missed anything, if so feel free to write a comment to this post and i will correct it:D
And again thanks for blankleast for making this Patch!
Just wanted to post this in case anyone had issues with fixing MixArmour2 Physics
Before you do step 7, you will have to go into Content -> Assets -> Characters and rename the [PAK]_Meshes_and_Materials to [PAK]_Shared_Materials, so that when you do step 7, it will replace the broken physics files with the fixed physic files.
Sadly can confirm this is not compatible with patch 8, it forced server shut down, hopefully it gets updated but no rush or pressure! I understand not everyone has the time.
I have tested the physics of the clothing, and it is still working properly. If you think it has failed, you might as well analyze whether it's your own problem. Or you can directly point out which piece of clothing has the issue.
First of all, thank you to the mod provider. I would like to ask if the fabrics in some armor-type clothing will wear through the mold. Is this the case because I installed it incorrectly, or is this the case? There are also some clothes where the crotch fabric suddenly moves forward. ahank you to the mod provider. I would like to ask if the fabrics in rst of aothes where the crotch fabric suddenly moves forwa
Problem solved. After I re-pinched my hair and face with the free pinch face mod, all the physics were back to normal. I don't know why, but it's normal???
Hi, I came here from the original upload to see if this would fix most of the clothes showing up pitch black in game, but it unfortunately doesn't. Could another fix be made for the textures? couldn't figure out how to add images so here's a gyazo w an example: https://gyazo.com/509e57a105ca545c904122fdbb9702f4
I don't think I'm savvy enough to fix another mod, so I'll just post this here. If anyone would like to fix Helldusk Armor with a Skirt (https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/6354?tab=description), I would be greatly appreciative. I'm sorry I couldn't figure it out.
Hi there, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or what step I may be missing, but I can't get MixArmour2 to work with physics. When putting the mods and the physics patches in my mod manager, nothing changes (I've tried with the patches both above and below the armour mods in the mod order). When I do the pinned comment method for using physics with MixArmour1, it works! However, there are no steps described for MixArmour2, and doing the same thing with those files doesn't change anything. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Thanks :)
Perhaps I am missing something but I can't seem to get it to work. Is there something I need to do with install beyond dropping it in the appropriate forlder?
Or is it important to use a specific mod version of Mix Armor?
Another mod I would like to patch only has a merged.lsf file and not the mesh ones? Do you have any idea how to go about patching that? Would i have to make the mesh file? don't know if i have the skill for that LOL
edit: might've found what I needed, lots of folders to dig through. will do some testing and report back :)
edit 2: i have not been successful. i knew it would be a big mod to tackle but there's 42 files in different folders all saying merged and none have the <node id="Objects"> and name that i need. sad noises. I'll see if I can strong arm it and figure out wtf this mod author did

Code formatted like this means that the suit uses a vertex-physics approach to draw,to fix this,we need to add a new node to bind them.

While mixarmour physics is good.
Any possible solution?
