Hello, you may have made a mistake when downloading the mod, or your build conflicts with it. I have checked all the files several times and they do not show errors.

Have to check it out thanks. Is it possible you might overwrite the story version of mindflayer (the one you turn into or a party member does) so it looks like this version instead of it's normal appearance with the tiny tentacles?

Fixed a display error in BG3MM
Edit: found it but not working, just appears a common ring
I have checked all the files several times and they do not show errors.
EDIT: Mod do not show up in bg3mm (light version)
