Changes the Initiative die from a D4 + Modifier, to a D20 + Modifier, like the TTRPG. No more depending on the Alert feat, builds like the table top game, no
more massive powerswings. Now available on mod.io.
Obviously inspired by all the initiative mods that came before, but built in the new toolkit.
